We offer our Clients a personal service from project inception to handover, including full design, tendering, site inspections and supervision, and focus on delivering the following services :-
Sustainable Building Services Design
Through consultation with our Clients, we develop a design scope which best fits the project’s requirements.
We offer initial advice regarding mechanical and electrical services design scoping.
Produce tender drawings & specifications for issue.
Mechanical and Electrical Co-Ordination
Provide a co-ordination service between all of the M&E services sub-contractors and specialists.
Ensure compliance with relevant Building Regulations and Codes of Practice.
Attend on-site M&E services co-ordination meetings, walk-throughs and inspections.
Ensure that project milestones are met to prevent any delays to the overall construction programme.
Building Services Cost/Value Management
We liaise with the design team and advise on the impact of our mechanical and electrical designs on costs, providing regular and detailed mechanical and electrical cost reports, formulate and propose solutions during design and construction stages.
Evaluate returned tenders to ensure that the mechanical and electrical sub-contractors have interpreted the design specifications and pricing documents correctly and priced their tenders accurately to offer our Clients receive the most competitive tenders.
Issue a tender report and recommendation to our Clients. Assess monthly valuations of work carried out onsite by the mechanical and electrical sub-contractors and issue mechanical and electrical payment recommendations to the Architect.
Review the mechanical and electrical sub-contractors’ final relevant BCAR documentation and final account submissions and negotiate final payments.
Attend site meetings and liaising with the Architect to ensure compliance with statutory obligations for BCAR requirements.
We also issue statutory BCAR ancillary certificates on completion of each project.

BCAR Inspections & Certification
Our BC(a)R Ancillary Certification service is fully independent and operated in accordance with our ISO certified 9001:2015 Quality Management System. We are committed to continually audit and improve our processes, driving efficiencies and cost-effectiveness for the benefit of our Clients while improving the standards and conditions for each buildings end users.
Public Lighting Design
Liaise with Architects and Town Planners to produce statutory required public lighting design – pole location, lantern type, wattage, cable, fusing circuitry, and lux levels to determine the optimum lighting solution and ensure planning applications are compliant.
Building Information Modelling (BIM) Technology
We have invested in the most advanced software and our engineers are experienced, trained, and certified to work pro-actively as part of each design team to deliver projects to PAS 1192-2 Level 2 standards.
Our engineers are certified in Autodesk REVIT and REVIZTO in digital drawing and model production.
