Refurbishment works to 12 no. existing 2-bed apartments in 2no. standalone buildings. The building was required to be brought up to current Building Regulations with living standards in accordance with the National Quality Standards Framework. The end users were the Peter McVerry Trust to provide short stay accommodation for people on the local social housing list. It was located in Wexford Town Centre with the works carried out within an existing building.
