Working within a “live” education facility the project involved the refurbishment of the existing training facility which included the strip-out of the existing fitout and installation of new training facilities over four phases that included :- a commercial kitchen, a trainee kitchen; canteen; 2no. plumbing workshops, 1no. welding workshop, toilet facilities, accessible toilets and shower facilities; classrooms, staff offices, meeting rooms; an external storage out-building and all associated site development works.
