PROJECT: The Johnstown Estate Hotel & Spa, Enfield, Co. Meath

Refurbishment and fit out works to the Spa at the Johnstown Estate. The works were completed to the 4-star rating the hotel already holds. The works included the strip-out of the existing finishes and installation of new partitions, ceilings, finishes and mechanical and electrical services installations to provide a new outdoor rooftop thermal suite, hydrotherapy pool, jacuzzi, heated seating area, fire pit, an indoor thermal suite, a rasul, sauna, steam room, salt room, rainforest shower experience, relaxation rooms, 15 treatment rooms, reception area, in-spa restaurant, changing facilities, laundry facilities, staff offices and plant area. The hotel remained fully operational throughout these works.
