The construction of a modular building extension to the existing Stryker facility complex which is a “live” campus” environment. The office building provides open plan workstations, enclosed collaboration offices, focus rooms, meeting rooms, tea station and IT comms room. Externally the project scope included reconfiguration of the existing car park, to provide accessible ramps/steps for fire egress and external lighting.
