Fit-out of an existing office including stripping out of the existing fit-out, fire upgrade works to ensure compliance with current Building Regulations, installation of demountable glazed partitions, plasterboard partitions, suspended ceilings, bespoke joinery, fitted kitchen, new toilet areas and associated electrical and mechanical installation works. The facility now provides a mix of open and private office spaces, meeting rooms, reception area and board room, staff room, comms room, toilets and showers.
