The construction of standalone modular accommodation in a “live” existing post-primary school campus. The works included the provision of 5r. science/technology classrooms, preparation room, chemical store and toilet facilities. The project also included reconfiguration of the existing hard standings/external landscaping, external lighting and accessible ramps/steps.
