The works comprised of the conversion of an existing 120-bed hotel into 60 apartments (mix of 1 and 2 beds) including staff offices, toilets and communal spaces, together with associated surface level car parking and hard/soft landscaping works. The building was required to be brought up to current building regulations. The end users were Dublin City Council for emergency accommodation in partnership with Dublin Region Homeless Executive.
