Internal Cat B fit-out works of the ground floor shell and core unit of the newly constructed Hawthorn House, National Technological Park, Limerick. Provision of a new high-end office fit-out of the 2nd & 3rd floors. The works provided open plan office space, pod offices, reception area and board room, meeting rooms, gym, recording studio, canteen, coffee docks, comms rooms, toilets and showers.
